Lean Researcher Workshop
BluSpecs Innovation is an active part of the project MERLIN, which aims to support technology researchers in exploring the potential of their results and connecting them with the start-up and innovation ecosystem and relevant services.
Under the European Union’s Horizon2020, the programme provides practical courses on proven state-of- the-art methodologies for the development of business models to take an idea to market. Workshops are being provided in several European cities as well as organised networking events and meetups with potential customers, partners and investors, for helping participants take their research results to the next level.
Within the scope of activities of IoT Week Bilbao, we will be delivering a workshop on the Lean Startup methodology. It is aimed at ICT researchers within universities, research centres and SMEs who wish to identify the best methods for exploring the market potential of their research outputs. During this intensive session we will provide an introduction to Lean; changing perceptions in how the journey to market is carried out, resulting in greater innovation with less risk. An eminently practical session, participants will benefit from working on their current ideas or products. Open to all participants from those with an initial interest to more committed innovators seeking to bring a product to market.
When and where? Monday 4th June 2018, IoT Week Bilbao. Sala C3, 9:30-13:00
